INSURANCE

We are an out-of-network provider with most PPO plans. Insurance providers typically reimburse a percentage of the session cost. Insurance plan coverage varies widely, so please check with your provider via phone or online for specific coverage and rates of reimbursement.

Helpful questions to ask your insurance company:

  • Do I have behavioral health coverage?

  • What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?

  • How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

For all out-of-network insurance plans, payment is made by the client at the time of session.  If you choose to seek reimbursement, we will provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

FEES

Please contact us for the current fee structure. Cash, check, credit cards and Venmo are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the beginning of every session. Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length and are typically held once a week.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Once an appointment has been scheduled you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation.
